A Tanzanian Music Artist Ilunga Khalifa a.k.a CPwaa who has 3 Tanzanian Kilimanjaro Music Awards and multiple International Music Awards nominations including "The Channel O Africa Music Video Awards" will be one of the key speakers at MobileMonday (MoMo) in Dar es salaam this Monday of 11th March 2013.

CPwaa who is one of Tanzanian International Bongoflava Artists is also an ICT specialist with over 7 years of work in Tanzania Telecommunication Industry. Started working in 2006 immediately after graduating from college CPwaa is a professional IT Engineer and Technical Project Manager. Currently working as IT consultant for different companies and a Music stakeholder.
At this Mobile Monday CPwaa will share his experience, success and challenges in the entertainment industry and how technology has impact on it.The event will take place at KINU Innovation offices and other speakers include:

Sad News Nigerian artist Goldie Harvey is dead

 

Brother Africa Housemate Goldie Harvey is dead Goldie, born Susan Filani, died on Thursday night at Reddington Hospital, in Victoria Island, Lagos.
According to Daily Times newspaper, the singer died shortly after arriving in Nigeria from the US where she attended the Grammy Awards.

Her record label, Kennies Music, released an official statement through her Twitter and Facebook accounts announcing her death.
 

"It is with heavy heart that I have to inform you all that Goldie passed this night shortly after arriving Lagos from LA. May her soul rest in the eternal peace of the Lord", the message read.

Goldie was a housemate on Big Brother Africa in 2012 where she met Kenyan musician Prezzo with whom she had an on-again off-again relationship.
